Since I've arrived here I've been exploring the place, but since it really is so huge... I was hoping I could gather some information from the rest of you.

I'd appreciate hearing about the various floors or rooms you've come across and what was in them. The strangest things you've seen, even.

There's only so much I can discover on my own, unfortunately, and I know that people have had... experiences, to say the least.

I'm not sure I believe it myself.

But imagining it from a non-human point of view makes it more believable.

Nothing that wicked
Based on what Mr. Bennet told me, I believe the hotel is acting on its own.
It is trying to entertain/take care of us based on some "input" but it doesnt understand us entirely.
Like a parrot repeating words without knowing exactly what they mean.

So the hotel has a mind of it's own, and it's trying to... I suppose, do what hotels do, just extremely well. But it has a power like this and can't quite grasp it.

So it tries to look into our minds and pasts and see what we might like, but it gets its wires crossed sometimes with what we dislike-- or else has a habit of pushing us outside of our comfort zones, so to speak.

Am I getting this right?

Something like that. I'm imagining it as less of a thinking being and more of a force.

That's my belief, but whether or not it's the truth is anyones guess.

Hmm. I certainly understand what you're saying, but I can't say that's much of a comfort.

Even forces on their own are susceptible to being controlled BY thinking beings.

I can't disagree with that. It's good to stay on guard.
This place is the better alternative for some even so.

Personally, I couldn't accept being used as a better alternative to anything.

But I understand what you're saying, and I have no evidence that's the case here-- yet, anyway.
